🔴 To all the incredible women out there! As a mother of 5, I know firsthand the challenges that come with balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and being the sole breadwinner. 😌At times, it can feel overwhelming and lonely. But I also know that with the right mindset and support, anything is possible. I used to be incredibly shy and struggling with speaking up for myself. But through my journey of prioritizing my own well-being, I found the courage to share my message with the world. 😀 And now, I am proud to say that I am empowering women, particularly #mothersworldwide to do the same. It all starts with taking care of ourselves - physically, mentally, and emotionally. When we prioritize our well-being, we become better mothers, partners, friends, and entrepreneurs. And when we come together as a community to support and uplift each other, there's nothing we can't achieve. Thanks to Mirela Sula for her vision and mission. So today, I encourage all of you amazing mothers to take a moment to prioritize your own well-being. Whether taking a walk, meditating, or reaching out to a friend for support, remember that you deserve to be taken care of too. And know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. #elisacardhappy #happy2succeed #motherhood #entrepreneurshipjourney #wellbeingmatters #sophrohealing #womenempowerment #communityimpact #workingmothers

Celebrating the Wisdom We Gain from the Women in Our Lives Today, on Women's Day, we celebrate more than just achievements and milestones. We celebrate the wisdom women accumulate throughout their lives and generously share with those around them. From the moment we enter the world, we're cradled in the unconditional love and wisdom of our mothers. Their gentle guidance shapes our values, teaches us empathy, and prepares us for the world. Their stories, passed down through generations, become a wellspring of knowledge and strength. As we grow, our sisters become our confidantes and partners in our pranks and mischiefs. They share our secrets, celebrate our victories, and offer a shoulder to cry on during tough times. Their unique perspectives broaden our horizons and teach us the power of sisterhood. Our daughters, whether young or grown, remind us of the importance of wonder, curiosity, and resilience. Their innocence and determination inspire us to keep learning and growing, while their strength teaches us to face challenges head-on. The women in our lives, whether wives, grandmothers, aunts, or friends, all possess a wealth of life experience from which we can draw. Their stories teach us about love, loss, perseverance, and the importance of living life to the fullest. Their wisdom guides us through difficult decisions and helps us navigate complex emotions. This Women's Day, let's celebrate the wisdom of the women in our lives. Here are some ways you can celebrate the wisdom of the women in your lives: Reach out and have a meaningful conversation: Ask a woman you admire to share a life lesson or piece of wisdom that has shaped her. Create a family tradition: Start a tradition of sharing stories from different generations of women in your family. Read books by inspiring women: Learn from the perspectives and wisdom of women who have made a difference in the world. Show your appreciation: Express your gratitude to the women in your life for their love, support, and guidance. Today, I want to talk about something close to my heart: being a single mom and chasing my dreams. It's not always sunshine and rainbows, but let me tell you, it's a journey I wouldn't trade for the world. First things first, let's ditch the question "What does a woman want?" As a single mom, I can tell you, it's not some grand mystery. We want the same thing everyone else does: FREEDOM. Freedom to choose our own paths, to chase our ambitions, and to be judged not by outdated stereotypes, but by the strength and resilience we bring to every day. Many times I had to go to work while my kids were not well. Societal whispers called me a "bad mom," while a father is appreciated if he takes a leave when the child is unwell. Why is the stereotype that only mothers are supposed to take care of sick children? It's time we STOP judging people based on gender roles! Men can cook, women can work, and neither makes them any less of a parent. Being a single mom comes with its own set of challenges, but the labels society throws at us? Those are just extra hurdles we have to jump over. "She can't instill cultural values because she works"? Psh! Tell that to the countless single moms who raise kind, compassionate, and culturally aware children every single day. This is MY story, but I know it resonates with so many other amazing women out there. We juggle responsibilities, defy expectations, and chase our dreams, all while pouring our hearts and souls into raising the next generation. We are STRONG, we are RESILIENT, and we are DREAM CHASERS. So, to all the single moms (and anyone who dares to break the mold!): keep chasing your dreams, keep defying expectations, and keep reminding the world that we are MORE than just labels. We are the future, and it's going to be incredible. What are your thoughts? Share your experiences, your dreams, and your challenges in the comments below! #breakingstereotypes #singlemomlife #shivanimadanbose

🌟Excited to dig deeper into the transformative power of motherhood on professional journeys🌟. Following up on my last post, I emphasized the need for tangible support for working women, debunking the notion of victimhood. Today, I celebrate the countless stories of women entrepreneurs whose paths were ignited by motherhood. Scientifically proven, motherhood reshapes our brains, but more profoundly, it alters perspectives and fuels entrepreneurial spirit 🧠🚀. Many mothers venture into entrepreneurship, driven by the desire to be their own bosses, excel in their strengths, and dedicate quality time to their children. No obstacle, be it systemic barriers or biased perceptions, can hinder the determination of ambitious women. Cheers to breaking barriers and redefining success!⚡️⭐️👩🍼 #WomenEntrepreneurs #MotherhoodTransforms #AmbitiousWomen

Life & Business Coach - Empowering entrepreneurs to build their business empires| Business Talks Notable Personalities of India| Author| 2X LinkedIn Top Voice
Have you set your parenting goal for 2024? So I asked this question at WEDO - Women Entrepreneurship Development Organisation weekly networking meet. I had first asked them, how many of them had set their business goals for 2024? Every single virtual hand went up. Then I asked them, how many of them had set a parenting goal for 2024. Not surprisingly, not even one hand went up. "Everything is going on good in this part of my life, Manju, I didn't feel the need to said one. Most of them wondered in silence. Family and kids are one of the most important part of our lives. How is it right to have no goals for this part of life, then? Remember, they say, "If we don't know where we are going, anybody can take us there." As, I raised the importance of consciously setting goals and working towards it, their expressions of a new realisation helped me understand that the message was loud and clear. Have you set your parenting goal for 2024? Share it with me in the comments would love to know. If you haven't, do it today.
