Another thing that you wrote about that I, I agree with you fully is weekly staff meetings can be easy. I I'll also add the caveat that can also be brutal if they're not done right. Because it sounds like you're, you're thinking the same way as as me that you, you got to go in with a plan, right? Oh, yeah. If you don't have an outline of what you're going to discuss, it's just going to be kind of a crapshoot. I mean, you want to go in with notes as the programmer on what you would like to discuss, but don't open it up automatically with criticism. Open it up with you. So kind of chit chat, what do you think about this week? What do you think was great? What do you think we could have done better? And then kind of go in with it. I mean, if you open up automatically with this is what you're doing wrong and this is what you need to change and This is why we don't have the numbers. And then that's just going to be a beat down. And like I said before, nobody's going to want to work for that. Yeah. You don't want him to dread the meeting. The other thing it does is it kills. I like every meeting with creative people, which all on air people are to have a brainstorming session. And if you start off with all that negativity and. That just criticism right out-of-the-box. No one's gonna brainstorm. Nobody's coming up with any good ideas.
