If I had to describe the ideal Radar candidate, it's someone who's focused, who wants to get big things done every day, who wants to make customers successful. That's why we're here. Often people who come to radar want to have a big impact. They want to push their colleagues. They're open to being pushed are the go getters. We think about things differently and we're very, very driven. We work really hard, but it's very rewarding. It's a place where you can expect to grow in your career. I always tell candidates, and my hope is that Radar is the most challenging place you ever worked, but also the most rewarding place you've ever worked at. A place where you come to do the best work of your career. Radar is location infrastructure for every product and service, world class API's and SDK's, best data to power all of those experiences. I think it's really exciting to be able to work with customers to create experiences that you can see and feel in real life and point to as as examples of what the company accomplished together. We work with Fortune 500 companies. It's been a really uniquely rewarding learning experience. Supporting our customers over the years, we're building towards our vision of location infrastructure for every product and service. We just launched right our Maps platform and we're thinking about other ways that we can push the limits of what's possible with location and solve additional location based use cases in the future. We're always trying to push ourselves to that next level of excellence across all teams. No one's really a cog in the machine. You're interfacing with founders. You're getting a chance to have a seat at the table and you're rewarded for the work that you do. Everyone feels invested and understands their. Place and how we're going to reach our goals. For folks who are thinking about their next role, what I would say to them is radars, a place where you can come, you can learn a lot and have a really high impact, and also want to do that in a seed that's much faster than probably where they're working today. Radar is a great company to join if you're looking to make an impact quickly. If you're looking to do something beyond yourself, you're looking to not just meet the bar but raise the bar. This would be a great opportunity for you.
