💡Innovation, curiosity, and learning are at the core of everything we do at Walmart, driving our commitment to serving our customers. Today, I had the pleasure of chatting with Bob Goodson the founder and CEO of Quid. It was truly inspiring to hear about his incredible career and how he and his team are using innovative technology to solve complex problems fueled by unbound curiosity. As we start the week, here's to always embracing change, curiosity, and pushing boundaries.
It's great to see the technologies and techniques, Quid being one of them, that I fought to bring into Walmart ten years ago continue to have an impact. Going against the legacy to bring in new ideas/approaches is never easy. But, it is necessary if you are going to drive change and promote an intellectually curious culture, which is needed to stay relevant.
Management needs to improve the education level in Walmart. High school qualifications isn’t enough. They should have at least Associate degree or undergrad. Most of them can’t write one page without mistake..🤔😢😂🇧🇩🪂🇺🇸👍

1moI will no longer go to Walmart to buy anything….their employees can not speak English on Merritt Island store in Florida….No customer service at all! Sickening! Never again…they should be required to take English classes before they get a JOB!
