2moSeems like an excellent hire, that begs for an elaboration on; "building data , analytics and predictive modeling solutions that have a transformative impact on Members we serve". Being a Provider- driven HMO, I suspect that this means lower premiums and Guaranteed Not To Exceed % Renewals based on Group Health Plan Benefits and Provider Agreement centered around Bundled CPT Billing and Payment, per MPC and C.E.R based Rx Formulary. I've never done Small Group, but it seems that the Solution to "Small Group cannot afford their projected ( Broad In-network PPO Plan) Insurance Renewals of 15% in 2025 and should Self-Insure" should also consider Quartz Health ( or Network Health), in Wisconsin, based on employee affordable premium contributions.
