Earthquake. We are obviously continuing to highlighting businesses around the county, but today we are learning about P valve. That's right Allie Wagner with a new way to strengthen your core in other parts of your body, I think right Allie? Yeah, yeah, that's a good way to say it. These bands are are pretty tight, actually, a lot of lot of tension right there. So yes, strengthen your core, help tone, get your body right. That's what this is all about. Yeah. Peeve Alvis functional movement where we tackle mobility, stability and strength through low impact yet high intensity movements in 360 degrees. So we're here to build your body up, let you feel stronger and overall just like better. Yeah, this is still a fairly new. Concept, right? Yeah, we've been around for about 6 plus years started in the Omni channel. So we have a really big on demand platform where you can work out from home if you can't find an in studio experience here in San Diego, we have a location at La Jolla at the Westfield UTC mall and we're opening in Del Mar, August 26th at the Del Mar Highlands center. Yeah and so OK, now I want to take it your attention because you do have like kind of this is not to learn how to dance. So explain to me what this is. We have quite a bit of equipment. This is our precision mat. It helps us guide us. It's a visual tool. Like I said, we tackle mobility. So we move the body in everyday movements. Think picking things up above us, picking things off the ground, moving in those 360, sorry, moving in those 360 movements that mimic our daily life so we can live better, longer. OK, so show me some of your favorite moves here. So some core workout today we're going to reach the arms in front of you, taking that big pull back, opening up. And then reaching forward. So here we're taking the back those deep postural muscles kind of mimicking that daily movement, right? I'm reaching him, opening up that heavy door and then coming down, we'll take just one more of these. And this is one of your favorite moves was one of the hardest ones. All movements are my favorite. That's a cheesy answer, but I just love that this this method moves in 360, right? I'm twisting anytime we move through our day, we twist, we reach, we grab and so. The train in that way because that's what helps us feel better so right now I'm twisting, rotating the spine, working my postural muscles and deep core muscles. OK so like kind of a little yoga, little Pilates, a little combination of it. All right. We're truly our own thing. Yeah. We're more functional movement working that total body so here I'm tackling a little bit of stability and add a little balance in here. Cool. Pulling those elbows back Yeah, that's the one OK so just doing this I was like just your arms I'm all. Ohh, that hurts. Yeah, we're building strength, baby. We're building strength here at Evolve. I love that. OK, so you can come visit you guys here. When do you have classes? When are you open? OK, so we have classes all day here from starting at 6:30, ending at 7:30 PM. We got a lunch hour class. If you're interested in coming to take, you can just send us a text at 858-788-9367 and we can get you booked for class. We got a week of classes for 36 bucks. If you're interested in Delmar, we've got. I'm free pop ups happening at Del Mar Highlands. OK OK guys. Alright I'll see if I can. Firms out really feel the back of the arms ohh yeah there we go we're gonna burn and it is OK for those Mamas to be as well yes we're truly for anybody, whether you're nursing an injury going through a life change pregnancy or just you know the in the aging body we want you to feel younger longer. OK alright I like the balance yeah yeah yeah stability, it's a game changer OK all right guys getting in shape this morning with Sarah here we're proving. All right, I've never heard of PCV Valve. I imagine then you get elastic bands of different intensity. I think so, yeah. Fans are very intense now, but they have different, they have different resistance to them. Like wait, this is one of our proprietary pieces of equipment, the pea band for posture. We've got our pee ball back here, our P3 trainer. So a lot of unique equipment that you will not get anywhere else. We're here to build a strong body. There are sustainable workout. OK, All right, there you go. Thanks, ladies.

The Monty Hall problem is a well-known conundrum in probability theory related to the U.S. television game show Let's Make a Deal. It is named after the show's host, Monty Hall. Here's how it works:
The contestant is faced with three closed doors.
Behind one of them is a car, while the other two hide a goat.
The player can choose one of the three doors.
After the player's initial choice, the host (who knows what is behind each door) opens one of the other two doors, revealing a goat.
At this point, the handler offers the player the opportunity to change his or her initial choice and move on to the one remaining door.
The convenient choice is to switch. But why? here it is explained in the simplest way we know how!

This was such a great episode for The CARA Method. Madhurima Sappatti took us through filling our cup as a daily practice and it was so simple!!
Ever noticed the conversation around self care can get complicated and messy?
Is it self-care or self-maintenance, Is it both? What of what worked yesterday doesn't work today!?.... and so on
as an ever changing human in an ever changing world working in an ever changing economy... the idea that there is 1 thing that will work always is - frankly obsurd.
self-care is transient
success is transient
staffing is transient
supplies are transient
"this too shall pass" is both blessing and curse.
this is why we buddy up.
Everything is #BetterWithABuddyMadhurima Sappatti is a brilliant burn out buddy ...

Pitching in costume? Haan bhai haan- Recently, we pitched some adult animated shows to a big-time TV network and our entertaining pitches - well, let’s just say we keep our shark tank level energy on! Jo pitch dekhne waalon ko mere nange badan se trauma hua so hua.
My show was about Indus Valley, Mukund Sharma ka show was about heartbreak and love.
Yes we are dramatic idiots.
Before you conceptualised an idea for television production, do your research. Find your audience. Know what's attractive to them and sell.
Before you bring a guest to your show to discuss irrelevant issues, it is either you get schooled during your show or get embarrassed.
As for the guest, this is completely unacceptable behaviour. That's not how to stay woke.
BEING A GREAT GUEST...
for a live television show is simple.
It's all about communication with a producer.
Here are three tips for being the best guest a show has ever had!
📺 VIEWER BENEFIT: I will preach this one until my last breath. Make sure your segment benefits the consumer/viewer and does more than push a product or agenda.
📺 ARRIVE ON TIME: Be Goldilocks! Not too early, not too late. Most of the time, there is a reason a producer tells you to arrive at a specific time. If you are early, there may not be enough staff members around to assist you. If you are late, well "PURE PANIC" mode sets in.
📺 GET MATERIALS FOR SEGMENT TO PRODUCER AT LEAST TWO DAYS AHEAD OF TIME: The more information the producer has ahead of time, the better, and the more time they have to make the segment shine.
Here's to making your next guest segment amazing!
TV Show opening title sequence.
This case study was made during an After Effects Marathon led by Levy Oliveira (Levy Motion). Its main objective is to create a short opening for a TV show.
This is the result.
