3.5 years into my PULA journey.. and today, like many other days, my first meeting was an interview with a commercial manager candidate for one of our major markets. Sometimes I complain about all the time I spend on recruitment because it is a thankless job, but sometimes, it gives me great joy, especially when I speak with someone who shares the passion and strive for excellence; and those who do change the status quo in their current capacities. I like that it brings me back to our company manifesto, a document we share with all our candidates. I love that what helps us succeed is our healthy relationship with failure and continuous (relentless!) growth. Like, we ensure our success by learning from our mistakes and getting up to go at it again. I myself have grown so much in this job and role and I'm confident we will achieve our #triple100 vision!
