Great to see this Kiser. It's always about the customer relationship. Tech is a tool that can add value to the customer relationship journey or get in the way if not well deployed. Would love to see the full presentation!

Important topic for sure. AI is another tool that requires care and attention within a comprehensive #cxstrategy and #playbook. Data quality and consistency a must. Well defined and understood use cases a must. Well developed operating playbook understood across the entire team (agency & client) a must.
