Alcohol Awareness Month is an opportunity to understand the health effects of alcohol use and misuse and encourage healthy choices. Lastly, National Public Health Week recognizes the contributions of public health and this year’s theme, “Protecting, Connecting, and Thriving: We Are All Public Health,” focuses on the interconnectedness of health and community well-being.
