“Embracing change” has guided my 27-year career journey at Prudential Financial. This mindset has led me to always pursue new challenges and growth opportunities. The diverse experiences I’ve gained in business and finance have ultimately prepared me for the CFO role. Being the first female CFO of Prudential is meaningful to me because I want to show my two daughters, and all the women I interact with, that there are no limits to what they can accomplish.
