Our Armenian team recently took on an exciting teambuilding adventure, swapping office chairs for Quad Bikes. As we navigated challenging trails and shared laughs, our bonds grew stronger with each mile. This adrenaline-packed experience strengthened our team spirit and left us energized, connected, and ready to tackle any challenge!

Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people. The saying "Teamwork makes the dream work” is a reflection that strong, collaborative, and motivated teams are more likely to achieve their goals and aspirations. At Konecranes Procurement Service Center, we understand the importance of teambuilding activities in forging strong bonds and the spirit of teamwork. This weekend, our team came together for an event of cricket and badminton, which provided an opportunity for discovery and enhancing the effectiveness of our team. While indoor activities have their strengths, there is something special about outdoor bonding experiences. The great outdoors has a greater potential of giving team mates an extra edge when it comes to unlocking hidden potential and fostering unbreakable bonds. Additionally, spending time outdoors is not only enjoyable but also beneficial for mental and physical well-being. Our team building activities provided an opportunity for us to de-stress, recharge, and return to work with a renewed focus and energy. We believe that outdoor team building activities are an excellent way to foster strong relationships between team members and enhance overall team effectiveness. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!

Every manager struggles to get his team to work together and look out for each other as opposed to going down the slippery slope of individualism. Every once in a while get your team together and ask them a surprise question. Who has been the most helpful to you in the team in the last 1 month? If people struggle to answer or giggle a lot , it means the team is not working well together. If people have different examples of different people helping them, that's a good sign. If only one or two people are getting the most help, you need to find out why. Doing this sends the signal that helping each other is important and recognised. This motivates the team to be More intentional and self aware about being a good team player. Go ahead. Try it and see it work wonders.

Let’s strive to be the teammate that others can count on. In both professional work and sport, trust in your team is everything. Over the course of my career, I've found that just as a player relies on the teammate beside them to tackle their opponent, we must trust our colleagues to handle their responsibilities so we can focus on our own. This is especially crucial in today's work environment, where there's often more work than available hands can handle. When trust is absent, it forces us to cover for others, leaving our own tasks vulnerable. This not only disrupts our flow but also weakens the entire team. In sport, this can mean an open channel for the opposition; in the workplace, it can mean missed deadlines and unmet goals. Building and maintaining trust within the team ensures that everyone can commit fully to their roles, leading to stronger, more cohesive outcomes.

Team building is all about bringing people together in one place, developing a shared motivation and goal, and working together towards that goal. My vision as a leader is to foster the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of individuals and teams. To be successful in this endeavor, empathy is essential, as well as empowering the entire team in the areas of collaboration, communication, and leadership. Furthermore, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and heard is crucial for true team cohesion. Regular team activities and open forums encourage this, enhancing trust and transparency among all members. This approach not only improves team dynamics but also boosts overall productivity and satisfaction within the workplace. Thanks to my great Teams here SPORT 2000 GmbH und SPORT 2000 International for this real good place to work 😊👍

**The Power of Teamwork: Achieving More Together** In business, as in life, the most remarkable outcomes happen when we work together. During our recent monthly assembly, our associates demonstrated this beautifully through a simple yet fun game—working as a team to insert balloons into a big bag. At first glance, it might just look like a game, but it’s a great reminder of the power of collaboration. No matter the challenge, when we join forces, support each other, and stay focused on a common goal, we can accomplish so much more than any one of us could alone. Teamwork is the backbone of our success here at [Company Name], and it's moments like this that remind us how important it is to always support and uplift one another. Let's keep moving forward, together! #Teamwork #Collaboration #StrongerTogether #CompanyCulture

WHAT VALUE DO YOU PUT ON TEAMWORK? In an era where more people work flexibly and remotely and staff changes happen just about as often as a new moon, it's a good ideas to ask what value do you put on teamwork. Having goals, structures and systems are one thing but is your team aligned to each other to get to where they are going? Or are they flying solo and hoping for the best. We know that teams are way more likely to succeed if they're great at teamwork and to be great at anything you need to practice it, review it, reflect on it and try it again. It doesn't happen by accident or default. It needs to be worked on.

Turning the #weakest team member to your #strongest link. We all have that member of the team who slows things down, is always late on delivering their portion of work and is like #deadweight to the team generally. As a #teamleader, here are a some tested ways to turn a none performer into a company asset. *find out if they are actually in the right #position. Just because someone passed the interview for a certain post does not mean it’s what they should do. They could have #other qualifications that you can better utilize in another position. *find out what circumstances this person thrives in. We are all of different #temperaments and so not the same conditions will bring out the best in eveyone. Study your team until you find out what working hours, conditions, office feel, brings out the best in that person. *find out what’s the #mentalstate of that team member. Sometimes there is more than meets the eye concerning one’s poor performance! Dealing with their mental state might be the switch that flips their best that’s been hidden! *some people need a hand around them. The feeling and reassurance of being #valued might be all it takes for them thrive. It could be that they lost self esteem along the way and just working on that will turn the story around. *sometimes they just need to be switched to another team. #JadenSancho failed to perform in #ManchesterUnited but a change of team back to Borussia Dortmund has revived his career and he has taken his team to the finals of the #Championsleague. I have proved these suggestions and I know they will help you get the best out of your seemingly weakest team member! Try them Cheers 🥂 to building teams that last. Joseph!

What is the best or worst teambuilding activity/event you have been on – and why was it great/awful? It might be that the activity itself was either refreshingly novel or brilliant, or inappropriate/underwhelming; or a simple idea that either met the aim of bonding your team closer or failed to bring you together? Or it could be a fairly standard teambuilding session that was memorable (in a good or bad way) for some other reason...

🌟 Why My Boss Deserves a Trophy 🌟 Today, I want to give a shout-out to my boss, the unsung hero of our office. Here are just a few reasons why he deserves a standing ovation (and maybe a trophy too): My manager keeps the team happy, making us more productive and ensuring we're all rowing in the same direction, not in circles. 🚣♀️🔄 He keeps stress low and coffee levels high, ☕😌 while also pushing us forward like a personal cheerleader in a suit. 📣👔 Our captain holds the team together like super glue, without the mess. 🤝🧲 Overall, our boss makes work feel like a winning game. 🎉🏆 #GoodBossesRock #WorkLife #Logispace
