What are the best things to do on a hot, sweaty summer's day in Hong Kong? For me, they are: 1. Water sports 2. Going to museums and exhibitions 3. Having a glass of sparkling wine while reading or watching a film at home. I used to think that sparkling wine lovers were mostly female, but Arianna Pizzolato told me that in Italy both men and women drink Prosecco. It's not unusual for them to drink #Prosecco every day, especially in the summer. Prosecco is remarkably affordable. Generally, an entry-level bottle of Prosecco costs just over €10 in Italy; in Hong Kong, the price can be as low as HKD 50 (USD 7) during promotions according to my observation. Arianna says that as long as the bottle is sealed with a DOC label (see comment), the production meets the requirements of the regulatory body and the quality is reassuring.
