Yesterday, I had the pleasure to share some insights during my career journey in the telecom. After over 20 years in the industry, I realized a session would not cover all the exciting learning experiences I got, but I took with me 3 powerful guiding principles that I share here with you too: ☑ Daily reflections and self-trust nourishment, are relevant routines to foster. In combination, these release your unstoppable driving force to own your journey and know your worth. ☑ Avoid assumptions. These make you take wrong conclusions and poor decisions that will also cost time, energy and focus. Dare to ask questions instead (even that "silly" question), because the answers will give you valid information to take congruent decisions ahead. ☑ Explore key areas of self-improvement and you will unleash a superpower: your ability to navigate outside comfort zones, making you skilled to handle the unpredictable process of change and even sometimes preceding it with insightful tactics.
