I'm admittedly rusty at capturing an event in a way that Karlie Moses can compellingly share about it on our social channels... as a result, this video only captures a few of the MANY wonderful moments at Financial Health Network EMERGE (quick cameos from Matthew Bahl, Sid Pailla ☀️, Anuraag Tripathi).
Quick list of actionable takeaways for those of us working on employee financial health:
- Progress IS happening (even if it feels a little slow or even backwards at times) - maybe something like, "The arc of the financial universe is long, but it bends toward justice"
- Employers are looking for interoperability when it comes to financial health benefits; there's a definite sense of "point solution fatigue"
- I attended FHN's Member Summit in 2019, and at that time, one of the hot topics was access to credit. At EMERGE this year, the hot topic was definitely emergency savings (which is exciting, given what we're working on here at FinFit - watch this space for more VERY SOON)

BIG CONGRATS to the whole FHN team and all the speakers on another great EMERGE event. #EMERGE24
We're excited to share our experience at Financial Health Network's EMERGE! Celebrating 20 years of groundbreaking work, the event showcased incredible innovations in expanding credit access, simplifying savings, and breaking down systemic barriers to financial health for all.
FinFit is proud to be part of this movement, with Sara Revsin, our Chief Marketing Officer, participating in their eye-opening FinX event, which allowed her to experience the obstacles faced by someone living paycheck to paycheck.
