I must admit that, at times, it is challenging to prioritize MTO. However, I'm reminded with grace and gratitude that there is no greater goal than to take time for me. Do I procrastinate? Yes. It starts with forgetting I planned to take time when I have competing priorities. Have I had to redirect my actions? Absolutely. I start with a deep breath, pause, and then reevaluate my actions because sometimes my desire to get something done outweighs MTO. When this happens, I ask myself, “Why?” Mind Escape Vibe’s The Aroma discusses on-the-go alternatives. I've used several of the methods.

Very excited to share our recent job and the 24th McDonough edger line we were involved in. RTM was hired to commission the machine and hats off to all of the contractors who were involved! All startups have leaps, bounds and little twerks to overcome but I’m proud to say we touched this one in a very good way for a great customer! I had the pleasure to work again with my controls buddy Jacob Miller who did a phenomenal job as always, the millwrights from DEME and the engineering team led by Michael Baker and Scott Piper! Great project to be involved with, another amazing machine delivered to an awesome group of people! Jake gets the video credit, truly the mastermind on bringing these beauties to life!
