So much striking data on site performance at DIA 2024. The bottom line is that performance continues to worsen, despite the massive proliferation of technology intended to boost performance and increase trial volume. The missing piece here is around operations. Technology is an important part of the overall solution, but practices need a stronger operational infrastructure around business development, legal, staffing, and more.
