Can you believe we’re in Q2 of the calendar year and Q4 of the financial year! Thought I might give you an insight into some of what the last quarter saw for The Marketing GP.
☑️ We mentored Chelsea, a work experience student and events intern Olivia, as part of our wider internship program.
☑️ Our NPS survey was sent out and we had an increase in responses for this round, as well as some amazing feedback (with not one detractor in sight!) We also got some really great constructive feedback, which have put into our operational planning update.
☑️ We had a number of our team take some well-deserved breaks and go to some amazing places, both here in Australia and overseas – stay tuned for photos I am sure!
☑️ Our regular WIP meetings occurred each Monday, to ensure we are delivering for our marketing implementation retainer clients – both day-to-day, but also in line with the bigger picture of their strategy
☑️ The Easter Bunny delivered not only some chocolate, but also a session from our corporate masseuse.
☑️ We updated ten very detailed templates in our project management system, inline with our approach to continuous improvement for our processes. The upshot is we work smarter, not harder and continue to up the ante on our efficiency for our clients
☑️ Various team members attended 16 networking and business events to hear from amazing speakers and catch up with clients and stakeholders. A large number of those were related to International Women’s Day – which is now almost a month!
☑️ We had a team meeting and training day, which was an opportunity to learn from each other, talk about the year ahead and ensure we’re all on the same page
☑️ 1,23,456,789 photos and videos were taken (well that’s what our phone storage seems to think!)
And to be honest, this is just the tip of the iceberg 🧊🧊🧊
When people ask me what our team is like, the key thing I seem to always say is how hard everyone works. We have a great culture (which is what you often see on our socials), but by golly does this team produce some amazing outputs.
