Kidney or Melbourne? I'm currently looking for a new head of sales for a prop tech company in the property management space. Running a team of 6. Currently looking for someone who knows what great looks like in a sales organization. Look, I don't think necessarily have to have had the sales manager or the head of sales title, but we do need leadership qualities. Someone who's had some leadership responsibilities, but I think the most important bit there. Is someone who's seen what great looks like they know what processes work well and they know that they can just come in somewhere else and justice improve things immediately by changing XYZ and getting a little uplift there and then it just becomes like a coaching and development role for the team that you currently have and expanding it. So it's really exciting opportunity looking for some really great people good processes. So hit me up if that's you if you have someone who's.
