People on Point 🤩 - Meet Crystal S., a Customer Experience Specialist from our South Alabama market! She’s been with Point Broadband for almost two years. Her typical work day consist of assisting customers with sales, billing, and scheduling questions, supporting the operations team with scheduling, resolving field issues, helping technicians with scheduling, and communicating with customers in the Orange Beach office. Crystal provides world-class service to our customers by maintaining a positive attitude, being empathetic and compassionate, and always having a smile on her face! She loves the enthusiastic colleagues at Point Broadband, making it her favorite aspect of working here. When asked what she is most proud of, she stated her 4 children and the impact they have had on her. Fun fact about Crystal: even though she lives by the beach, she much prefers the snowy mountains. She says it’s a dream of hers to move to Alaska and homestead. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Crystal!
