Litigation a. Implementation of litigation policy b. Guide regional teams in recovery from defaulters through different tools incl. arbitration, Sec 138, SARFAESI etc. c. Monitor legal executives for recovery and defense cases of person and property. d. Provide legal advice in relation to the loans to be approved and adequately secured in favor of the organization. II. Drafting a. Administer researching, drafting, and vetting of various legal documents with respect to plaints, suits, petitions, appeals, agreements. b. Prepare drafting legal notices, replies and other legal documents on behalf of company. III. Compliance and Process a.
