Recently, I listened to a podcast featuring William Grambley, CEO of Allazo Health, where he discussed how integrating AI into omnichannel strategies for patient support programs can significantly amplify both impact and outcomes. I’m more convinced than ever that AI integration in pharma marketing isn’t just an option anymore— It’s becoming imperative.
