ICYMI: Gender equality and justice cannot truly be achieved without including and uplifting LGBTIQ people. Likewise, the wider movement for queer liberation must prioritize and support lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer (LBTIQ) women. Centering LBTIQ voices, addressing their unique needs, and allocating more resources toward groups led by and focused on LBTIQ women make gender-focused philanthropic initiatives more inclusive, effective, and impactful and enrich our movements as a whole. Our lives and our rights are intertwined, and our activism and philanthropy must be, too.

The International Olympic Committee – IOC has proudly proclaimed to be the first games in 128 years to offer gender equality. This has been achieved by the International Olympic Committee – IOC providing an equal number of quota places for female and male athletes, while also increasing the number of women in coaching, broadcasting and sport governance roles. This year's theme for Women’s History Month is "Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion."    Women have always been at the forefront of the fight for equity, diversity, and inclusion. From the suffragettes to the civil rights activists to the women who are leading the fight for gender equality today, women have been the ones who have pushed our society forward.   This Women's History Month, I want to take a moment to inspire you to celebrate the women who are working to make our world a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive place. These women are the ones who are fighting for equal pay, equal opportunity, and equal representation for all women. They are the ones who are working to break down the barriers that have held women back for so long.    I am proud to work for a company that is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Link Logistics is a leader in this area, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such talented and dedicated women.   Here are a couple of ways that Link is leading the way in DEI: We have a Women's Leadership Council, Ascend, which is a group of senior women who are committed to advancing the careers of women at the company.
