Amended 2: Florida Reimportation It’s starting to coalese-interesting it is more narrow than the commercial population “It’s instead aimed at helping state agencies, including its prisons, health department, and Medicaid program, obtain lower-cost drugs for HIV and AIDS, diabetes, and other conditions.” I still have questions My thought had been that the reduced sales price created by the Medicaid rebate/captured 340B ceiling could beat the international price. Without transparency you don’t know but I had read an article on the past on why New York didn’t pursue it for that reason. (It’s a whole new meaning and dimension to best price, ain’t it?) but I don’t know the MCO rules And the CDC funded surveillance programs are doing some shady stuff with using the 340B program to sell discounted products to prisons. https://lnkd.in/gFJZ6kYk Fit for purpose? I dunno but be careful about any assumptions. A SPECIAL economic zone in Victoria, Tarlac that will specialize in pharmaceutical-industry locators is expected to attract P400 million worth of investments, according to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). At a briefing on Wednesday, PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga said that the developer of Victoria Industrial Park, which was proclaimed the country’s first pharmaceutical ecozone, will also expand its own ointments business within the zone.
