I’ve just come to the realisation it’s been almost a year I’ve been with Playnetic! It’s been a serious ride and I’m sure that won’t stop! Damn proud of where we’ve come as a company and some noticeable TA and growth achievements; - Entire leadership team hired and consists of 10 seriously inspiring leaders! (Not to make you all sound old, but some real industry vets in there!) - Playnetic TA team growth to 4 team members, who have made this year possible and seriously enjoyable! - 150+ hires across 25+ countries, all internal hires, 0% agency usage (I’m not an agency hater I promise!) - Full remit of system implementation, automation flows, entire TA and recruitment processes embedded and received extremely well! - Pay strategy and headcount plan implementation - Data driven approach and highlighted all crucial data points to monitor! - Employer brand and career site set up and always evolving! (Big things to come!) - One final point I want to add is that our job briefing call and advertisement process has allowed us to really pinpoint what we need for each role and identify and attract truly top talent! (We video all briefing calls and this has created absolute alignment with hiring managers to truly understand what we need)! Which goes a long way for great candidate experience!
