Introducing our new cohort of states working on SNAP telephonic signatures 🍎📱 Telephonic signatures enable families to sign SNAP applications over the phone so they can get food assistance faster. One year ago today, I took a leap of faith by leaving state government and child welfare after 25 years and joined DaMar to lead up the consulting division. Despite feeling nervous after serving as the Staff Development Deputy Director for the Indiana Department of Child Services for the last 10 years, I am so glad I took that risk. At DaMar, I have been truly valued and appreciated, which has resulted in producing my very best work every day. I advise anyone contemplating leaving the familiar for the unfamiliar to "Just Do It!"
