Please stop using stuff to make "normal" better! This includes the supplements in this article and also vitamins, mineral supplements, fish oil, CO_Q 10, different types of juices and chews, drugs for impotence, especially male performance enhancers, melatonin, Alcohol in any amount for its "numerous health benefits", Aspirin ( unless prescribed with a sound explanation/ reasons by a physician who listens to you and examines you personally), and almost all supplements sold as health and energy boosters on sites like Amazon and IndiaMart. Save your money and save your life. When you go to your physician or NP for refills or medical advice, do NOT start with "What can I take for...". You will invariably get some advice on vitamins or supplements of low value or sometimes side effects/risks of drug-to-drug interaction.
