This year, we began implementing our permission-aware AI platform for employees, or our 'Generative AI Assistant' – an exciting innovation that empowers our employees and drives productivity improvements with on-demand data retrieval that is secure, accurate, and permissions-aware. The GenAI Assistant was developed in collaboration with Thoughtworks Australia, Redactive and Amazon Web Services (AWS), and pioneers a security-first approach that is uniquely designed to understand each employee's access to enterprise data in real time. It ensures robust data security at both the model and data levels, while retrieving live information from within the organisation.
