Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. Celebrating a win this morning. Took a lot of time and effort but pulled in a new client last week. This customer was very reluctant. They didn't want to talk, never had time, push back after push back, when we had a meeting scheduled they canceled last minute. Put a lot of miles on the truck but we finally arranged our first shipment (loading halfway around the world). Sell all of your services. Even if you are not well versed, you still need to offer. In the event (as in this case), you are not able to fully execute the request, bring in others from your company to do what they do best. GET OUT OF THE WAY! Be humble. At the end of the day, as a company, we're all on the same team. We did it. We made it happen, together. Cheers Logistics Plus! How are we celebrating you may ask?
