Impossible patties sizzling on the grill at the Vivid Sydney Fire Kitchen – a celebration of BBQ. The "Naughty Burgers" feature two flame-grilled Impossible Beef patties, tomato relish, burger sauce, and cheese served on a brioche bun. Over 3 million attendees at the festival this year, and for many this might be the first time trying meat made from plants, so it has to be done right. You don't get to make a first impression twice! Was in Boston recently for a few events including the CEO Reconvening conference at Harvard Business School, speaking at the ClimaTech event, and recording a podcast, and popped into a great Wahlburgers. It's been over 7 years since Wahlburgers introduced the Impossible Burger, topped with caramelized onions, smoked cheddar, and Paul's signature Wahlsauce. Proud of this long-lasting partnership, and it's great to see Impossible featured as Mark's Choice!

We're a few weeks in, and it's still exciting to see some of our creative work in the wild as I travel around. We've got some striking animated billboards near iconic landmarks like Times Square and Downtown LA, digital signage at transit stops and EV charging stations, and we even have Impossible branded double-decker buses making their way through LA or NYC. You can also spot one of our commercials airing on major networks like Bravo TV, FX, and ESPN. Thank you to our Marketing & Creative teams – led by Leslie Sims – and to the teams at Erich & Kallman and Horizon Media for this really great campaign on the heels of our brand relaunch.

Was great chatting with Dan Loney on University of Pennsylvania's The Wharton School Business Daily podcast about how the plant-based industry can maximize success by investing in the fundamentals: product, branding, packaging, and marketing. We’re still a young category and our best days are ahead of us. Thanks again for having me on the show!

Great to see our new Impossible Beef Hot Dog hitting shelves at Safeways in California and Jewel-Oscos in Chicago – right in the meat aisle, where it belongs. Look forward to seeing folks throw these on the grill this summer alongside our classic Impossible Burgers, which our team is working hard to keep well-stocked at Costco and many other retailers nationwide. After all, a hot dog is a hamburger's best friend!

It's officially grilling season! We served over 30,000 samples at the National Restaurant Association Show, including custom FABI Award-winning Hot Dogs, Italian-Style Meatballs with Basil-Tomato Marinara, Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki and Cucumber-Tomato Relish, Pork Egg Rolls with Plum Sauce, Breakfast Sandwiches with Sausage, Hash Browns and Chipotle Aioli, Beef Tinga Tostadas, and of course Chicken Nuggets with Sesame Sauce. Awesome way to showcase the versatility of delicious, nutritious meat from plants, and how it can be incorporated into various cuisines. Great show, congrats Team Impossible!
