So I have the pleasure of working with the incredible team at Farlam Hall Hotel and Restaurant on a regular basis, and incase you haven't heard they added to the growing list of awards and accolades by winning the Cumbria Tourism award for fine dining at last nights award ceremony . Massive congratulations to Hrishikesh Desai and Karen Baybutt MIH and all the team for another huge achievement. I took the picture below last Saturday whilst catching some of the action in the kitchen. Coincidentally the talented pastry chef Ryan who was preparing this dish for a guest that evening, picked up the award last night.
