The UK's Only World-Class Self-Adhesive Label Printer... part 2. My previous post was about this bold claim, and how we can back it up. But, why is this even important? Well, the label printing industry (and packaging in general) is huge! In the UK alone there are hundreds of us. A few are amazing, some are rubbish, and many fall somewhere in between. Many years ago it was all about driving quality. Rightly so. New printing tech was emerging, and the barrier to entry for creating a quality-looking piece of packaging was getting lower. However, many couldn't balance this focus with focusing on customer service at the same time. It's still an issue that's very present across the industry. You'll see many showing off all their technical awards - of which there are many it seems. But not many proving their excellence on the customer service side. So if you're evaluating suppliers and trying to see who is out there, it can be a minefield! Which is why we focus on Customer Satisfaction. We've got the technical ability to out-do anyone on a quality basis alone (Give me a shout for a portfolio if you don't believe it) But, we've spent YEARS balancing this with great customer service at the same time!
