Chief Innovation Officer / Head of D-Congress at Svensk Handel

One of many standout moments from this year’s D-Congress where we were graced by international stars on our main stage. Like this two stars - Malin Palsson, VP Digital at Supreme, interwieved by Cassell A. Ferere, Fashion and Editorial contributer at Forbes. Their discussion on collaboration and branding eclipsed all of the sessions at the main stage I witnessed at the NRF Big Show in New York earlier this year. The dialogue delved into the essence of brand collaborations in today's digital landscape. They explored the delicate balance between capitalizing on viral moments and remaining true to brand identity, with references to notable collaborations like Prada and Adidas. The key takeaway? The importance of creating unique partnerships that speak to both brands' audiences while staying authentic to one's brand ethos. Malin Pålsson emphasized the challenge of maintaining uniqueness in collaborations, given their prevalence in the industry. She suggested a strategic shift towards more niche and meaningful collaborations that may not have the widespread recognition of larger partnerships but are likely to build a more dedicated and loyal customer base. Indeed, “niche collabs” is where really interesting things do happen. I would say our collab with soil microbes was pretty niche … https://houdinisportswear.com/en-us/campaigns/the-houdini-menu What do we explore next on our journey forward to nature, I’ve been wondering. Any ideas? 🌎🌱❄️🕊️💚
