Last night on the 2nd July 2024, we had the final session of our training series for HRD Corp National Training Week, “𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗜-𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆“ and it was a transformative experience! 🎉 Led by the incredible Coach Nandagobalan Vengettasamy, we delved deep into how AI can revolutionize our workplace productivity. Here’s what we took away from the session: ✨ 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: ✔️ Participant explored how AI can revolutionize workplace efficiency and drive performance improvements. ✔️ Practical demonstrations of AI in tasks gave clear idea of how to apply these tools to daily tasks, making work more efficient. ✔️ Participant learned how to leverage AI tools effectively to boost their productivity and achieve better outcomes. ✔️ The engaging discussions and Q&A session allowed the participants to clarify any doubts and understand how AI can be tailored to elevate their productivity. #conduent was my first foray into the spaces of #HRSharedServices, #HRChangeManagement and #SocialMediaTalentBranding. In 2018, #Conduent was a traditional corporate, recently spun off of Xerox, aiming big, investing in new technologies such as AI/ ML/ NLP/ Block Chain and more. It was a new firm, with an #aspiration to continue to scale the value chain for its clients. I was brought on board to set up the TA and HR shared services and delivery centers at offshore locations in The Philippines, India, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Mexico, Jamaica and Guatemala - in a #FollowTheSun model. I had the opportunity to work with some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative partners and colleagues. Many that I'm still in touch with. Two places, where we 'Got Together' and 'FUSED' to bring about an outcome - With #covid19, several of our key clients and government partners needed us to scale our operations to provide intensive support to last mile users. From a dip in hiring at the beginning of COVID, to managing 3-5X hiring into the thick of the COVID Storm. I cannot think of a better team than what came together, bursting through hurdles, tackling tough curve balls that COVID threw at us and achieving the growth that our clients needed us to achieve>. The second was setting up our #SocialMediaBrand. I credit that to a strong symbiotic partnership between the HR team and our partners on the marketing side, LinkedIN and Indeed. The exchange of ideas, strategy build and execution to progressively establish method and practices that got us noticed as a brand and as an employer of choice. 5 years since my moving on from #Conduent, I stay grateful to the partnerships we formed, the camaraderie we built and most importantly the friends we made. As I begin my #Gallup #strengthfinder #coaching journey, I feel elated at the talents we brought together at that time. #Conduent was the first workplace where I was able to build a network where we complemented strengths symbiotically. A talent that continues to underscore my career successes. To all my peers, leaders and colleagues during that journey - with much fondness and gratitude.
