These types of reports provide such valuable insights to influence change in our organisations as well as the broader sector. As far as surveys go, this is a shorty, so if you have a role leading volunteers share your experiences.

This is important for a volunteer program to be successful. -Is the program reporting to the right leadership? -Can it contribute to feedback and it be valued? -Is it considered in the changes being determined? -Does the culture promote integrating volunteers as team members? To promote a strong culture of community engagement, demonstrate where you value volunteer participation.
