Lessons from RCCG During my visits to various branches of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), I've consistently noticed the prominent display of the church’s mission and vision. This deliberate visibility serves as a constant reminder to the congregation, keeping everyone aligned with the church's objectives. This practice offers a powerful lesson for corporate management. Just as RCCG ensures its members are always aware of the church's goals, organizations should prioritize making their mission and vision visible and understood by all employees. Consistently communicating and reinforcing these core values fosters a sense of purpose among employees, guiding their daily actions toward achieving the company’s goals. It's not just about having a vision—it’s about embedding it into the very fabric of the organization so that every employee, at every level, is motivated to contribute to its realization. As we enter the last quarter of the year, let’s take a cue from RCCG: Ensure that your team not only knows but is inspired by your company’s vision.
