The herd is growing and Commsor 🦕 is hiring an account executive! We're early, and while we have tons of early traction and progress, there are a lot of things we don't know (and things we don't know that we don't know). We don't have a fully baked in playbook right now, but we are closing paying customers. For some sellers that will be scary, but for the right seller for this role, it will be a dream come true. Besides the dinosaurs, I think what makes this role really cool is the chance to be a part of developing our Go-to-Network playbook, figuring it out, and ultimately bringing it to the rest of the sales world. We're not afraid to try weird ideas or experiment and break out of the mould. Roughly 70% of your time will be spent running cycles with inbound leads. You'll be supported by a great top of funnel motion and team in me, Katrine Reddin 🦕, ben regier 🦕 and Rayna van Beuzekom 🦕. 30% of your time will be spent running targeted top of funnel to identify and reach out to ideal accounts. No power dialing, no insane sequences. Intentional, thoughtful outbound with a focus on quality over quantity. You'll report to me, and transparently, I have realized I am not the world's best seller (from a process perspective). I'm an evangelist. I can drive top of funnel, get people excited, get people interested and ultimately get people ready to buy. But when it comes to taking a deal from there all the way to close, that's not my strong suit. And thats where I'm looking for someone to jump in and help us start the transition from pure founder-led sales. Read more about the role at cmsr.io/ae Appreciate you all sharing to help spread the word!

Champify is hiring our next mid-market AE! Too many companies try to hide the compensation info, so I'm putting it up top... $150-175k OTE / year, plus an equity stake in the company. Here's the job description: 👇 What’s in it for you? - Work with a founding team who deeply respects the craft of sales - Sharp ops/growth team to help with account selection, tooling, automation, and using AI to help you blow out your number. - Team selling environment – across investors, advisors, employees, and leadership team. We win and lose as a team - Proven, happy, and referenceable customers with concrete, measurable wins and ROI - Early category where you are the buyer persona – this means some of our best product ideas come from our internal sales team AND from real conversations you have with prospects and customers - The last two quarters we’ve had our biggest ARR deal consecutively and hit greater than 100% to goal - You will be treated like a pro and get coaching and attention from me directly. Your success is our success - Learn from and tweak an existing playbook that works - Realistic quota rooted in reality and actual data What I am looking for: - Optimistic and positive attitude (yet still someone who pokes holes in all their deals and constantly tries to remove risk) - Formally trained at a company known for producing sales talent (familiar with CoM, value selling, and have used a specific sales methodology) - Top 10% performance consistently – don’t care what your quota was, I just care that you were top of the pack consistently - Excited by uncertainty and not having all the resources at your disposal - Never said “that’s not my job” - Aspiring VP-Sales or future founder/CEO - Willing to bet on yourself – seed stage company is risky but comes with a lot of upside in terms of $ and career acceleration - Has sold in a hyper competitive space, ideally NOT at the market leader - Has experience closing deals consistently in the $25-75k range and is maniacal about self sourcing pipeline and managing time Think you're a good fit? DM me. Know anyone looking for their next challenge? Tag them below.

We help small business owners (< 5 million in revenue) build their entire marketing team for the price of one full-time employee.
You're a marketing director for a cannabis dispensary. But really you're doing it all & don't have anyone to direct. While the title sounds good; you're an island. Your day feels like a game of whack a mole Your day usually involves: - Making graphics in Canva for your in-store menu - Posting blogs to the website to drive SEO - Writing copy for social media on IG - Coordinating marketing strategy w/ store managers & GM - Working on creative for your next campaign in Surfside - Coordinating with local companies for event activations - Designing emails in AIQ.com (Alpine IQ), building audiences, etc - Updating banners on website to reflect most recent deals - Ensuring marketing scorecard is updated - and this is all before lunch Some days it's easy & others it feels like like a never ending list Reality is; the above IS doable by one person; it's just not ideal You're context switching constantly And you're being asked to do things that likely aren't in your zone of genius. Beyond that; when you're "doing the work" it's hard to be strategic. Let's assume you went to hire these folks PT You'd be on the hook for: - Posting job, interview candidates, onboarding them - Negotiating salary, managing payments, etc - Ensuring they deliver on-time / quality of work - Training them to align w/ company goals - Building project mgmt protocol So now instead of doing all the marketing work; you're playing HR / project mgr / director / coordinator / strategist / recruiter / therapist. To even further the challenge; it's unlikely you need the same PT folks / output each month; so you'd have to keep the interest over time (contractors will follow the money & focus where they're being paid today); so when you need them for spot jobs; you'll have to get back in line / queue. Curious what the other option is? Hit those DMs

Why should you become an SDR? 📌Career Growth and Skill Development: The SDR role is a common entry point into the sales profession and provides a solid foundation in sales techniques, communication skills, and understanding of the sales process. It’s an excellent way to learn about the industry and gain experience that can lead to more advanced positions such as Account Executive, Sales Manager, or even higher leadership roles within a company. 📌Networking Opportunities: As an SDR, you'll interact with a wide range of professionals both within your organization and across the industry. This can help you build a strong professional network, which is valuable for career advancement, learning about market trends, and even future job opportunities. 📌Tangible Impact on Company Success: SDRs play a critical role in generating leads and setting up meetings that drive the sales pipeline. This means you have a direct impact on the company's revenue and growth. We at Deel are hiring SMB & Mid Market SDR'S. Here is why you should join us? 1. We're in search for a new team member. A Growth Coordinator. Someone who loves coordinating things that lead to growth. Someone who is tenacious, detailed, and over-indexes in giving a damn. Someone who has experience activating marketing partnerships, campaigns, and/or sales activities. Someone who lives into our values of being gritty, trustworthy, creative, excellent, and empathetic. Someone who can create context, curate experiences, and craft substance. Someone who believes in consistency, showing up, and doing the damn thing every day. Someone who helps nourish the relational seeds we plant. Someone who views sales and marketing not as scammy, but as service. Someone who thinks 40-50k base with some upside is the right financial step for their story. Someone who: ~ Is a pro ~ Doesn't like to be micromanaged ~ Can be trusted to work from wherever (and enjoys doing so) ~ Dislikes the status quo ~ Isn't afraid to speak their mind ~ Views leadership as an opportunity not a title ~ Takes loads of initiative and responsibility ~ Gives a damn ~ Doesn't want to be surveilled, told what to do, or sit in the spot every day to be watched while your soul can't wait for Friday ~ Could use a $500 annual adventure budget ~ Wants a 401k and generous health insurance coverage ~ Injects good energy into our incredible team and culture ~ Enjoys clarity on performance, honest but kind feedback, and a clear growth path If someone you know pops to your mind, would you help us spread the word?
