Awesome Nick Capozzi 🧪🧬 Guiding people through the noise and bullshit filling the health/fitness/wellness/longevity space is a great service, teaching them to leverage critical thought and ask the right questions is indispensable. Humans, by nature, seem to be lazy, and will favor the shortcut, or “life hack” as many charlatans poise, if they can get their hands on it. Which is why infomercials on TV and social media has always been a big business preying on people’s laziness and naievity. What you guys are trying to do is noble and necessary, because yes, there is legitimate, reliable (look that word up in the context of scientific research) science out there that can help improve both length and quality of life.
