- In the recruitment world, it is commonplace to be ignored by some Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams
- The pain to get an invoice paid by a Client after the work is complete (yes, we get paid 30 to 60 days after the person is sat doing the job)
Sometimes it can be tough, but the satisfaction of connecting a brilliant firm with a career-driven candidate is just the best.
