Hey Payoneer, Your team has been holding my payment for the past 7 days, and I have contacted your live chat support multiple times. They said the payment would reflect in my account within one business day, but 7 days have passed and the payment has not arrived. If you can't fulfill your commitments, why do you make such promises? I request you to inform me via email why my payment has not been processed yet. If Payoneer closes your account, they will not even share the reason, and there is no chance of reopening it. So I suggest you don't rely solely on this platform.

Hello @Payoneer you guys have taken maintenance fee two times from my account the first one you took at 21 Apr 2024 and second one at 06 Jul 2024. Please return my maintenance fee now which you have taken second time by mistakenly from my account.
