Payoneer: The Third Class and Rubbish Service in the World. I have not received my funds for the last 9+ days. I have contacted their support more than 6 times. Every time they say they will send my funds within 1 business day at most. Now, I don't understand what their definition of a business day is. Because their working days are from Monday to Friday, but they still haven't sent my payment. I am in great need of the payment, but instead of sending it, they keep saying that my payment will arrive in 1 day and that they have sent my complaint to their payment approval team. But more than 9 days have passed, and the payment still hasn't arrived in my account. I have not included Saturday and Sunday in these 9 days. I actually receive payments from a USA marketplace. I have received 2 payments before, and they arrived in my account within 2 days. But this time, I don't know why it is taking so much time. I have also emailed them but received no reply.

Hello Payoneer My account balances have been disabled, which has prevented me from receiving funds and payments from my clients and customers. Additionally, I am unable to withdraw any amounts due to this issue. It has now been 30+ days since my account was disabled, and I have not received any notification or update from Payoneer regarding this matter. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team, I have only been advised to wait for an update, which has yet to be provided. This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning as it has severely impacted my business operations. The inability to receive payments has caused significant disruptions and financial strain.

Hello Payoneer I'm writing regarding ongoing issues with my payment. I'm experiencing significant delays and inconsistencies in the approval process that are causing me considerable stress during an already difficult time. Key points: 1. I've submitted the company URL as requested, but it was rejected. 2. The same URL and company details were approved in a previous transaction. 3. There have been repeated requests for submission, each followed by a two-day wait period. This pattern of poor service is unacceptable: 1. Your approval process is inconsistent and seems arbitrary. 2. The constant delays and resubmissions are causing undue stress during an already difficult time. 3. Your lack of clear communication about requirements is wasting my time and energy. I kindly request: 1. An explanation for why previously accepted details are now being rejected. 2. Expedited processing of my payment, given the urgent circumstances. 3. Clear guidance on what specific information is needed to approve the transaction.

Hi, I want to discuss my issue, i was using payoneer from last one year, it was going very smooth, but this month I tried to withdraw two times, but my money got reverse, then I again added my bank account details and after activation of bank account, i did withdraw, it is approved and has to be in my account on August 16, but did not get any amount in my account. Is there any solution for it, or have to just wait.

Payoneer just like others I am unable to withdraw my payment to my local bank and from past 4 days I am seeing the maintenance message on your platform. I need to know when I will be able to withdraw money to my local bank. This is causing me a lot of anxiety. I need answers.

Hello #Payoneer, I sent money to my account since on the 12th of August 2024 and today is the 20th of August and the funds have not been credited to my account yet but the transaction details shows that the estimated deposit date was supposed to be one the 13th of August. Please I would like for my funds to be readily credited as it is a matter or urgency. This is my reference number- 240814-008719 and customer ID- 46354186.
