The Olympics flame is a symbol of continuity between the first and modern games. A passing of the torch inspired by the relay races in Ancient Greece. To be a part of history ahead of the Paris games was emotional for me — and something I’ll never forget. I remember watching Muhammad Ali carry the flame to Atlanta in 1996. The world watched. Next time the Olympics are back in the US, they’ll include lacrosse. It’s been over 100 years since we suited up. What a moment for the sport. A moment that brought me back to the days I dreamed of being an Olympian, watching with my family, cheering on Team USA.

I’m so happy that lacrosse will be back in the Olympics. I know this seems negative but it shouldn’t be sixes. Lacrosse, in the summer Olympics should be field lacrosse (10 on 10). Save the sixes for the Winter Olympics.

The epitome of sharing your gifts and talents with the world will never take away from your own greatness; it will only enhance it. The sense of accomplishment for the sport and for you personally is symbolic of the “true grit” it takes to be the best version of oneself personally and as a lacrosse player. Keep making your work, work for you AND those that love this sport.

You've always been a champion of the sport and always respected what you've done to continually grow the game. I'll always remember being a middle schooler outside of Atlanta when yourself, Kyle Harrison, Jesse Schwartzman, Petro, Seth Tierney and others came through for a summer camp and I could see the passion you had for what many of us say is the greatest team sport. 2028 will be here soon!

So awesome! Changing the way the world looks at lacrosse one step (or one relay) at a time!

Might be time to start training.

What an incredible life moment Paul. 🙌 I'm stoked to see Lacrosse join the Olympic games in the coming years. Clearly, you and your team are critical catalysts in making this happen.
