I haven't used all of the tools listed below, but I've used several of them, and I must say, the theory is sound. Getting past ATS (Applicant Tracking System) can be a difficult challenge. Some are even designed to delete resumes altogether if they are missing certain words or aren't in a usable format. Sending your resume to a company DOES NOT guarantee it will be seen by a human being! However, even with the advent of incredible AI technology, many companies (my clients, for example) continue to rely on Headhunters/Recruiters such as myself to sort through applicants.
