I haven't used all of the tools listed below, but I've used several of them, and I must say, the theory is sound. Getting past ATS (Applicant Tracking System) can be a difficult challenge. Some are even designed to delete resumes altogether if they are missing certain words or aren't in a usable format. Sending your resume to a company DOES NOT guarantee it will be seen by a human being! However, even with the advent of incredible AI technology, many companies (my clients, for example) continue to rely on Headhunters/Recruiters such as myself to sort through applicants. The only ATS I use is my memory and notepad. So, if you're worried about AI screening services utilized by companies, fear not! The surefire way to make sure your resume gets seen is sending it directly to a Recruiter.
