Over the past several weeks, more than 50% of my students have faced unexpected family deaths, health challenges, work overload, college overload, and other significant stressors. These graduate students are striving to balance it all and often feel like they are losing it all in their pursuit of advancing their knowledge.
As a Nurse Educator, one of my biggest roles is to help stimulate their belief in themselves and help them remember their desire for the MSN degree.
