They think attacking America is strong because they are doing it for America. *He IS a rapist because the only reason its not called rape is because, as he held a woman down and shoved part of his anatomy in her, that part could not be identified, so NY says sexual assault. But if it was a plunger it would be called Plunger rape. If it was a penis it's rape but fingers not? Please. That's a semantic argument, not factual. The act is rape. Sexual assault could be grabbing someone's ass. That NY does not call inserting something other than a penis rape, is the exception, not the rule.  Yeah go ahead and make fun of your fans some more for disagreeing. I'm not backing down on this one. There is no mens rea difference in Trump's head dependent on body part. He attacked her and raped her intentionally. I don't want to go there but this crime must be thought of from the victims point of view, not from a legal semantic pov. He knocked her over. Bent her over. He held her down on her stomach. Then he shoved parts of himself in her vagina. That is rape.
