Consider entering our upcoming entity linking challenge: we’re looking for participants (individuals and teams) to train #machinelearning models based on real-world doctors’ notes that have been de-identified and annotated with #SNOMEDCT concepts. The goal is to train these models to link clinical notes with specific topics, enabling the extraction of useful information from these notes, unlocking incredible opportunities for analytics and research, and in turn stimulating the development of new medicines, treatment pathways and better patient outcomes. The challenge, which is co-sponsored by SNOMED International and Veratai, runs from early December 2023 to mid February 2024.
