February marks LGBTQ+ History Month and to help raise awareness, we are sharing Deloitte’s 2023 LGBT+ Inclusion @ Work report to offer recommendations for employers who want to everyone to be safe, equal and respected at work. • When searching for a new job, three quarters of LGBTQ+ individuals in the UK prefer workplaces that embrace diversity. • A majority of LGBTQ+ employees (59%) feel that having supportive allies would make it easier for them to openly share their sexual orientation or gender identity at work. • Around two-thirds of respondents (66%) emphasised the significance of a company's internal commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion when considering workplace preferences. 🔍 Have a look at how your actions can help to support a more inclusive workplace throughout and beyond the awareness month.
