June is a time to commemorate the progress made in advancing LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion. However, it also serves as a reminder that more work is needed to promote LGBTQ+ diversity, equity, and belonging in the workplace and throughout society. Our LGBT+ at work survey sought the views of 5,474 LGBT+ people in workplaces across 13 countries. Of those who are not comfortable being out in their workplace about their sexual orientation, 32% cite fears that they would face discrimination or harassment as a main reason, with this rising to 41% for gender identity – and when it comes to gender identity 26% cite concerns for their personal safety. Celebrating LGBT Pride Month 🏳️🌈 June isn't just another month on the calendar; it's a vibrant tapestry of colors, voices, and stories as we commemorate LGBT Pride Month. This annual celebration, rooted in the legacy of the Stonewall riots of 1969, serves as a powerful reminder of the ongoing fight for equality, acceptance, and love. At AHRMIO, we proudly stand alongside the LGBTQ+ community in solidarity and support. We recognize that diversity is our greatest strength, and inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We're committed to promote the creation of a safe, welcoming, and affirming work environment for all employees, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. We believe in promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding, where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. This Pride Month, let's recommit ourselves to the principles of equality and justice for all. Together, we can build a future where love knows no bounds, where every individual is celebrated for who they are, and where diversity is not just tolerated but embraced.🌈🎉 #PrideMonth #LoveIsLove #Equality #Inclusion #DiversityAndInclusion #AHRMIO #DEI #HR #HRProfessionals #humanresources #HRcommunity #humanresourcesmanagement
