Rich Lajara, a PG&E Electric Operations coworker out of #Rocklin, was paralyzed from the waist down in an accident. When Rich started back to work, he worked with a return-to-work coordinator “who was very attentive to my needs.” This #leadingwithlove attitude helped Pacific Gas and Electric Company earn a 100 score on the #DisabilityEqualityIndex for the 10th consecutive year. This is awesome Pacific Gas and Electric Company actually help their workforce. Other large energy companies could take note on how to assist their employees on how to transition into other work roles when unfortunate accident happen whether on or off the job instead of worrying them into looking for other employment..
