Understanding data is more important, only then you can scale and make a good strategy. and you should use different tools for understanding data like GA4, Northbeam Google ads, CRM tools etc.

Google Ads + Data Interpretation / Analysis for me. Still lagging on creative aspects though. That would be WIP for me. Great point Pablo, just ad management wont do.
