I love this infographic breaking down the way we’ve redesigned the United States Postal Service’s operational network under #DeliveringForAmerica. By the end of 2024, nine regions will reap the benefits of our new regional processing and distribution centers, each supported by multiple local processing centers, which are in turn served by a handful of sorting and delivery centers, and scores of small delivery units. Many of these facilities are existing USPS structures that are being adapted to fit this new streamlined hierarchy, but hundreds more are being built to fill in the gaps. Together, they will form a unified, supremely efficient system for mail and package delivery across our entire network.

Our Q1 NPS was just released, and after performing some diligent research, we’ve concluded that our score is now double the logistics industry average. S/O to Retently for providing the latest data. You read that right. DOUBLE. 👀 At VEYER we believe in trust in transparency. So here it is, all laid out on the table. NPS = 80 (as of 4/8/2024) A few comments gathered from our customers in the recent NPS survey: 👉 "Value and professionalism.
